Overseas disclosure (APPs)

Some data is processed by service providers located outside Australia: HubSpot (CRM and email, US-based) and Cloudflare (spam/bot protection, US-based). Your core waitlist record is stored onshore in Australia. Full jurisdiction and safeguard details will be confirmed here as part of legal review, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
